Our Story
LHR’s success is founded on our experience in developing and managing all aspects of limited- and full-service hotels, including nationally-franchised, independent and boutique properties. In addition, LHR operates and manages large indoor water parks and entertainment venues. Our expertise is the force behind the strong financial results seen in each of our properties. Our emphasis on producing top line revenues and exceeding each hotels market share, grows out of years of experience in
hotel management.
Over the past 30 years, our Senior Management Team has been affiliated with more than 300 hotels, both nationally and internationally, and we have extensive knowledge of branded and independent properties. Our staff have brand affiliation experience with Hilton, Best Western, Marriott, InterContinental Hotels Group, Starwood Hotels, Wyndham, AmericInn, Choice Hotels International, Carlson Companies and Boomerang Hotels.
